Scalper Privacy Policy

Bitblade (the "Company") may process personal information in providing the Scalper app (the "Service"). This Policy applies to the Scalper app, related web pages, and in-service features (e.g., AI chat and community features).

We generally process minimal information. However, the following information may be collected, generated, and processed to provide the Service, maintain security, improve quality, process payments, provide advertising/analytics, and deliver notifications. 1) Information you provide - Email: when you enter it for customer support, notifications, or community use - Inquiry/request content and attachments - Community content: chat messages, posts, comments, and report/block history - AI chat inputs: text you enter into AI chat 2) Information automatically collected/generated - Device/app information: language, country/region (nationality or region of use), OS/app version - Technical information for operations/security/quality: crash logs, access logs, security events - Service usage records: point balance/changes, check-in history, purchase/consumption history, etc. 3) Payment-related information - Payments are processed by app stores (e.g., Google Play). We do not directly collect financial payment method information. - However, limited data such as transaction identifiers/receipts may be received and processed for purchase verification. 4) Advertising, analytics, and notification information - Advertising identifiers (e.g., Advertising ID) and ad events such as impressions/clicks/conversions (e.g., AdMob) - App usage analytics events (e.g., Google Analytics) - Push notification tokens and notification preferences We do not intentionally collect sensitive information such as government ID numbers, bank account numbers, precise location data, or biometric information.
3. How we collect and process information
Information may be collected and processed through: - Automatic generation during app execution and use (logs, crash/performance metrics, etc.) - Direct input/transmission by users (email, inquiry content, chat/posts, etc.) - App store-provided information for payment verification - Operational logs generated by cloud/security infrastructure - Events processed via advertising/analytics/push notification SDKs
4. Purposes of processing
We may process information for the following purposes: - Providing and operating the Service (practice play, points/items, daily check-ins, etc.) - Operating the community (displaying content, handling reports, enforcing restrictions, etc.) - Providing AI chat and forecast content (including improving quality) - Handling customer support inquiries and delivering notices - Verifying payments and providing paid items - Providing ad rewards and preventing abuse - Analytics and performance/quality improvement - Maintaining security, stabilizing the Service, and complying with legal obligations
5. Sharing, service providers, and international transfers
We do not sell your personal information. However, we may use third-party services (cloud/infrastructure, analytics/ads, payment, etc.) to operate the Service, and information may be processed by such providers. - Cloud/Infrastructure: Firebase/Firestore, Cloudflare - Payments: Google Play Billing - Advertising/Analytics: AdMob, Google Analytics Depending on where our providers' servers are located and how they process data, your information may be transferred, stored, or processed outside your country of residence (international transfers). Where required, we will take appropriate protective measures and provide notices in accordance with applicable laws.
6. Retention and deletion
We retain information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy and delete it without undue delay once the purposes are achieved. 1) Upon account deletion If you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize personally identifiable information without undue delay, except for certain important records. 2) Important records that may be retained after deletion (examples) and retention periods Due to the nature of operating the Service, not all data may be deleted immediately. The following records may be retained for a limited period for legal compliance, payment processing, dispute handling, abuse prevention, and service stability: - Payment/refund and accounting records (transaction identifiers, purchase/refund history, etc.): 5 years - Customer support and dispute handling records (inquiry content, handling history, etc.): 3 years - Abuse prevention and security records (access logs, security events, enforcement history, etc.): 1 year - Technical records for crash/performance and service stability: 1 year - Records that must be retained by law: for the period required by applicable law 3) Deletion method Electronic records are deleted in a way that makes recovery impracticable. Printed materials are destroyed by shredding or other appropriate methods.
7. Your rights and choices
Subject to applicable laws, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or withdrawal of consent. 8. Security, children, changes, and contact
1) Security measures We apply reasonable security measures such as access controls, permission management, and encryption in transit where appropriate. 2) Children's privacy We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age protected by applicable laws.
