Scalper Terms of Service

These Terms explain the conditions and operating policies for using Scalper.

These Terms may be updated due to operations or legal requirements. Material changes will be announced in the Service or on the website.

1. Purpose and scope

These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the Scalper app and related web pages/content (the "Service") provided by Bitblade (the "Company"). The Service may be offered globally. Users must also comply with notices in the Service, related policies (including the Privacy Policy), and the terms/policies of the app store (e.g., Google Play).

2. Service description

Scalper is a simulation app for practicing trading such as digital assets. The Service includes features/content such as: - Practice (simulation) play and progression based on points (in-game currency) - Point recharge methods when points are insufficient (watching ads, purchasing paid points, daily check-in, etc.) - AI chat - Informational content including AI-based future price forecasts for digital assets - Community features such as chat and boards The Company may change, suspend, or discontinue features, content, delivery methods, and supported ranges (e.g., leverage and chart playback speed) as necessary to operate and improve the Service. Where reasonable, we will provide notice in the Service.

3. Points (in-game currency), paid items, and ad rewards

1) Points (in-game currency) - Points in the Service are in-game currency. They are not cash or cash-equivalent, and unless required by law or explicitly stated by the Service, they cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred. - The rules for granting/deducting points, validity periods, limits, and methods of provision may change for operational reasons. Please refer to the in-service guidance. 2) Earning and recharging points (ads / daily check-in / paid points) - Users may earn points through methods provided by the Company, such as watching rewarded ads and daily check-ins. Ad availability and reward delivery may be limited depending on network conditions, ad provider policies, or suspected misuse. - Users may purchase paid points and/or paid items (e.g., increasing available leverage, increasing chart playback speed). Product configuration, prices, and scope are shown in the Service and may change. 3) Payments, cancellations, and refunds - Payments are generally processed through the app store's billing system. Cancellations/refunds follow applicable laws, the app store's policies, and the conditions shown at purchase. - Due to the nature of digital content and virtual items, cancellation may be restricted once the item has been used/consumed/provided, to the extent permitted by law. 4) Abuse - If abuse is suspected or confirmed (e.g., automation, tampering, multi-device/account abuse), the Company may take necessary measures such as reclaiming points/items, restricting use, or suspending the Service.

4. User obligations and prohibited conduct (including community)

Users must: - Comply with these Terms, in-service notices, and applicable laws - Not interfere with normal operation of the Service or infringe others' rights Prohibited conduct includes: - Reverse engineering, tampering, hacking, using automation tools/scripts, or generating abnormal traffic - Illegitimately obtaining or abusing points/items/features - Impersonation, spam, posting illegal content, promoting hate/discrimination/violence, distributing obscene or illegal recordings - Infringing or unlawfully collecting/sharing others' personal information For content posted in community features (chat/boards), the Company may take measures such as removing content, limiting visibility, or restricting use at the account/device level if we identify violations of law or policies.

5. Notices regarding AI features and digital asset information

1) AI chat - AI chat is provided to help with information and practice/learning. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any purpose. - Users should not rely on AI outputs as investment advice or definitive instructions. Users are responsible for their own decisions and outcomes. - Do not enter sensitive information (e.g., government IDs, bank details), others' personal data, or confidential information into AI chat. 2) Future price forecast content for digital assets - Forecasts, outlooks, scenarios, or similar content is for general informational purposes and is not investment solicitation or advice. - Digital asset prices are highly volatile, and forecasts may differ from actual outcomes. 3) Simulation nature - Scalper is a practice simulation app. Points (in-game currency) and results in the Service are unrelated to real trading or real profits.

6. Intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law, and contact

1) Intellectual property - Rights to text, design, UI layout, images, source code, and other content belong to the Company or legitimate right holders. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior permission. 2) Limitation of liability - Service interruptions or errors may occur due to network issues, operational needs, third-party services, or force majeure. To the extent permitted by law, the Company limits liability. 3) Governing law and disputes - These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be brought in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. 4) Contact - For inquiries, please use the developer contact on Google Play or any contact channel provided in the Service.
